The chaotic and unavoidable processes of urbanization in our globalized and over populated world are the central focus of my work. My paintings explore perceptions of innocence and violence, transgression and balance. The duality between the exaggerated drama and chaos caused by destruction and or abandonment and the simplicity of bright and pastel colors; the total absence of human beings in a landscape against the saturation of daily objects.
